Once you have a physician’s prescription and a completed referral form, which is required for all therapies, we can provide a complete evaluation to determine a course of treatment for your child. Treatment is prescribed on an individual basis.

We accept referrals from parents, physicians and community agencies. We require a physician’s prescription and a completed referral form for all therapies as well as complete billing information before beginning services. We accept Medicaid, Medicaid CMO, PeachCare, insurance, other third party payors and private pay (including Visa/MasterCard).
